| Description |
Performance Contracting Inc., a national multi-disciplined specialty contractor, currently seeks an energetic, dependable, Mobile Project Engineer to join its’ growing employee-owned organization. This position is responsible for the following duties:
• Management of project labor control.
• Project scheduling.
• Equipment utilization.
• Material handling.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Productivity Analysis.
• Direct and maintain and efficient and effective labor force to meet job completion dates and maximum gross margin.
• Administer corporate safety program to minimize job site accidents.
This position is "mobile" in nature will require movement from market to market (nationally) as projects start and finish. |
| Requirements |
• 3-5 years of construction experience and/or Degree in Construction Management.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.
• Proven success motivating team efforts.
• Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment.
