| Description |
Performance Contracting Inc., a national multi-disciplined specialty contractor, currently seeks an energetic, dependable, Estimator to join its’ growing employee-owned organization. This position is responsible for the following duties:
• Plan, direct and coordinate bid proposal activities for designated projects.
• Attend pre-bid walk-throughs.
• Prepare high level quantity take-offs.
• Break down projects into functional stages.
• Write detailed proposals.
• Prepare bid analysis and review.
• Prepare financial job cost analysis.
• Resource subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local customer base. |
| Requirements |
• 5-7 years of construction estimating experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.
• Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment.
