Performance Abatement Services, Inc. (PAS),
a subsidiary of PCG, provides:

	Asbestos and lead abatement: Removes materials from piping and equipment, acoustical walls and ceilings, roofing and siding.
	Mold remediation: Removes mold from controlled environments, conducts testing and seals the area to prevent further growth.
	Build-back services: Structural build-back to pre-loss condition.
	Soft demolition services: Demolition and disposal of interior structures and manual removal of brick and concrete walls.

Press Services and Rigging:

	Printing press and precision machinery erection: Erect printing presses and other precision machinery.
	Semiconductor tool installation: Move and crate all types of equipment for the semiconductor industry. Design and build systems to meet the rigging and crating needs of each new generation of process tools.
	Graphic arts electric: Installation, testing and startup of electrical systems and controls for printing presses.
	Electrical contracting: Commercial, industrial, high voltage, and energy management installations.

Through our Performance Contracting International, Inc. (PCII), a subsidiary of PCG, we have completed many projects in selected regions overseas. Some of these were located in Mexico, Sweden, Korea, Egypt, Ireland, Spain and Saudi Arabia.

We have a joint-venture agreement with Ardmac-PCI, a specialty contractor located in Ireland with whom we work on international interior and cleanroom construction projects.
